I am so excited to share with you what I have been learning as I make my smoothie bowls! It took me so long to achieve the thickness I desired. Blackberry Cobbler

Blackberry Cobbler Baking time! Who is ready for some yummy fresh berry recipes? I am! Here it goes! Ingredients: 8 cups berries (I used fresh blackberries) 1/4 cup granulated sugar (depends on sweetness of berries) 2 Tablespoons cornstarch 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Biscuit topping: 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/3 cup sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 6 Tablespoons butter 1/2 cup "buttermilk" (see notes) Step 1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a 9x13 pan. Step 2: In a Large Bowl add berries , sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Lightly toss till combined, trying not to smash berries. Step 3: Spread berries evenly in pan Step 4: In a large bowl whisk all dry biscuit ingredients. Then use a pastry cutter or two forks to cut in the butter.
